OBID: ULI Placemaking Awards Finalist

OBID was named a finalist in the Urban Land Institute 8th annual Placemaking Awards. As one of three remaining nominees for the Jury Award, OBID received recognition for the Oakland Ave Placemaking Pilot

The Oakland Avenue Pilot Project provided additional space for outdoor dining, recreation, and community engagement through art and entertainment. The pilot was developed and implemented with the support of Oakland Business Improvement District, InnovatePGH, and University of Pittsburgh.

Attend the 8th Annual Placemaking Award for Excellence that is ULI Pittsburgh’s  annual opportunity to formally recognize outstanding projects, achievements, and leaders in Pittsburgh who are committed to the creation and celebration of “place.” Join over 200 commercial real estate professionals attending this signature event with ULI Pittsburgh.The ceremony is now scheduled for May 12, 2022.
